EEC 300 Pre-practicum Fieldwork Supervision and Internship in Early Education and Care

This field placement component accompanies the content methods courses in the Early Education and Care (EEC) programs. This course provides intensive experience and guidance in the field as students learn and practice instruction across the core content areas of the early education and care curriculum. Students are required to be in a field placement for multiple days a week. Students will receive at least one formal observation with pre- and post-conferences by their faculty supervisor. The course is graded as Pass/Fail/Marginal Pass. 1.5 credit

Prerequisites: Admission into the pre-practicum in the EEC program.
