MCO 245 Influencer Marketing

Brands and agencies seek out popular and trusted social media content creators, known as influencers, to promote the brand’s products and services to the influencer’s audience. This class teaches students the principles of influencer marketing and prepares them to engage audiences with specific objectives in mind, using integrated marketing communication concepts, digital communication tools, and creative storytelling techniques to support brand partnerships, monetization, and sponsored content. Three lecture hours per week.
